These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.opigno.com (“Site”), a marketing and informational platform for Opigno Enterprise, offered by Connect-i Sàrl, based in Préverenges, Switzerland (“Connect-i,” “we,” “us”). Use of the Opigno Enterprise SaaS platform is subject to separate terms provided upon subscription. 11. Force Majeure
We’re not liable for Site disruptions due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, third-party hosting failures). If such an event exceeds 30 days, either party may terminate these Terms with 8 days’ written notice via certified mail.

12. Monitoring
We’re not obligated to monitor the Site but reserve the right to review Content, monitor activity, and remove any Content at our discretion.

13. Termination of Access
We may limit or terminate your Site access for non-compliance with these Terms, with 14 days’ notice unless due to illegal activity (e.g., hacking attempts). We’re not liable for any resulting damages.

14. Disclaimer
The Site and Content are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
